Dante Rotili is Full Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at “Roma Tre” University. He graduated in Medicinal Chemistry and earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences at “Sapienza” University of Rome, where he later became Associate Professor. He conducted research at the University of Oxford on chemoproteomic probes for 2-oxoglutarate-dependent enzymes. His work focuses on the development of epigenetic and epitranscriptomic enzyme modulators, on native mass spectrometry to study protein–protein and protein-ligand interactions as well as quantum machine learning applications in drug discovery.
