Edoardo Raffiotta

Edoardo Raffiotta is a professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Milan-Bicocca. He teaches law relating to innovation and artificial intelligence. He is Of Counsel at ADVANT Nctm. He is a Fellow at the Centre for Research in Public Law and Policy at the Berkeley School of Law, University of California. In October 2023, he was appointed as one of the thirteen members of the Prime Minister’s Co-ordinating Committee for the updating of national strategies on the use of artificial intelligence. He is legal adviser to the Parliamentary Intergroup on the Space Economy.
