Francesco Camilli

Francesco Camilli is a lecturer and researcher of the University of Bologna. He has earned a joint PhD in Mathematics and in Physics at the University of Bologna and the École Normale Supérieure of Paris. He was previously employed as a research fellow at the International Centre for Theoretical Physics of Trieste, a UNESCO category 1 institute. His research interests lie at the intersection of learning theory, information theory and statistical mechanics. The main focus of his investigations are theoretical limits of learning by means of AI models.
