Professor of Nuclear Power Plants at the Politecnico di Milano, President of CIRTEN (the consortium of Italian nuclear universities), and a member of the Executive Board of the EU SMR Industrial Alliance, the High Scientific Council of the European Nuclear Society, and the Executive Committee of the Italian Nuclear Association. His work focuses on technological and economic research into small modular reactors, including space and maritime applications.
