Marina Timoteo is Full Professor of Comparative Private Law at the University of Bologna. She is a membre titulaire of the International Academy of Comparative Law, a member of the Scientific Committee of the Centre for Digital Ethics (University of Bologna) and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Rethinking Mental Health through Clinical and Data Intelligence Research Centre (USI, Lugano). Her research focuses on modern and contemporary Chinese law. She is currently working on digital sovereignty from a comparative European Union–China perspective.
