An Associate Professor of Information Processing Systems at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli in Italy, he holds a PhD in Electronic Engineering and Master’s degrees in Computer Engineering, Physics, Political Science, and International Relations, as well as an MBA. His interests include IT processes, services, and management models in PA, privacy in information system design and the interaction between AI and public law. He is currently a visiting professor at Politechnika Krakowska and Past President and Editor-in-Chief of the European Council for Modelling and Simulation.
