Administrative Judge, TAR (Regional Administrative Court of Lombardy), Milan

An administrative judge at the Milan Regional Administrative Court, she has held the post of expert at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport since February 2023, coordinating the Working Group on the digitisation of public contracts. A former expert for the ANAC Council, she also served on the Council of State’s Commission for the drafting of the Public Contracts Code. She has taught Information and IT Law and is a member of several institutional working groups on the use of artificial intelligence in public administration. She is the author of publications on the subject of automated procedures and the use of AI.
