Daniele Spinella is Managing Director Front Office at Aleph Markets. He previously held senior positions including Vice President Commodity Sustainable Solutions at Goldman Sachs and Senior Manager at PwC Germany, where he led the BESS and algorithmic-trading themes. Earlier roles include Deputy Head of Market Risk at EWE Trading and business-analysis at FMS Wertmanagement.

Alongside industry, he is Adjunct Professor of Business and Corporate Strategy at GIOYA, Lecturer in Data Science at the University of Florence, and Guest Editor of The Mathematics of Energy (Springer). His work focuses on how technology and financial structuring unlock new layers of value across complex systems, with recent publications on machine learning in energy markets.
