Davide Ballabio

Full Professor, University of Milan-Bicocca

He graduated in 2002 and has since been working in the field of machine learning applied to analytical chemistry and Quantitative Structure–Activity Relationship (QSAR). He is Full Professor at the Milano Chemometrics and QSAR Research Group, within the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Milano-Bicocca.
His research focuses on multivariate data analysis applied to both analytical chemistry and QSAR studies. He has extensive experience in the development and application of chemometric and machine learning methods for the analysis and interpretation of complex data.
He is the author of more than 100 peer-reviewed scientific publications and has been included in the Top 2% Scientists list, according to the updated science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators.
