He leads strategic and operational transformation, advising national and international clients on growth strategy, organizational change, and large-scale AI and advanced analytics, with a particular focus on telecoms. He designs go-to-market models and performance improvements that turn ambition into results. As Lead Partner on flagship accounts, he guides executive teams through the transition to TechCo models and the decisions it demands.
