Edoardo Raffiotta

Edoardo Raffiotta is a Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Milan-Bicocca. He teaches law related to innovation and artificial intelligence. He is a fellow at the Center for Research in Public Law and Policy at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. In October 2023, he was appointed as one of the thirteen members of the Prime Minister’s Office Coordination Committee for updating national strategies on the use of artificial intelligence. He serves as legal advisor to the Parliamentary Intergroup on the Space Economy.
