Elisabetta Paladino

Full Professor of Theoretical Physics of Condensed Matter, University of Catania. Coordinator of Training and Outreach Activities for the National Quantum Science and Technology Institute – University of Catania

Elisabetta Paladino is Full Professor of Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics at Catania University. After serving as a researcher at MATIS INFM-CNR, she joined Catania University in 2008, and has held visiting research positions at the Universities of Stuttgart, Regensburg, and the Centre de Physique Théorique, Marseille. She is currently Deputy Director of the Department of Physics and Astronomy “Ettore Majorana” and National Coordinator for Education and Outreach within NQSTI. Her research focuses on quantum control and noise characterization in solid-state platforms for quantum technologies.
