Cassation lawyer specialized in Administrative Law, focusing on technology law and AI. He is a Senior Partner at E-Lex Law Firm, advising companies and public administrations on artificial intelligence, digitization, open government, open data, privacy and startups. A lecturer and author of numerous publications, he was a member of AgID's Task Force on AI, which published the 2018 White Book "Artificial Intelligence at the service of the citizen". Between 2023 and 2024 he contributed to the Italian Chamber of Deputies' inquiry on AI and to its final document on using AI in parliamentary work
