Ernesto Limiti

Full Professor of Electronics, University of Rome Tor Vergata

Ernesto Limiti is a full professor in the Electronics Engineering Department of the University of Roma, Tor Vergata, Italy, since 2002. After chairing the EE dept. for six years, he is presently the director of the Microwave Engineering Centre for Space Applications (MECSA), an inter-university centre grouping more than 140 researchers in 14 Italian universities.Co-author of more than 600 contributions to refereed international journals and conference proceedings, his main research interests include design methodologies for very low noise receiving subsystems at microwave and millimetre-wave frequencies for applications in room-temperature and cryogenic environments.
