Giorgio Locatelli

Full Professor of Complex Projects Business, Politecnico di Milano

Giorgio Locatelli is a Full Professor of Project Management at the Politecnico di Milano, where he founded and directs the “Complex Projects Business” major in the School of Management. Since 2020, he has been listed in the Stanford–Elsevier database of the top 2% of scientists worldwide; he has nearly 200 Scopus-indexed publications and received the IPMA Global Research Award 2023. He is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Project Management Journal and collaborates with various public and private organizations in Italy and abroad. He is Deputy Scientific Director of the Nuclear JRP, whose founding members include ENEL, EDISON, ENI, and Ansaldo Nucleare.
