Gustavo Granucci

Head of Plasma Heating Systems, DTT (Divertor Tokamak Test)

Dr GUSTAVO GRANUCCI is a senior researcher at the CNR’s Institute for Plasma Science and Technology, currently seconded to DTT scarl. He has been working in the field of nuclear fusion for over 30 years, primarily on the design and construction of fusion plasma heating systems. He has conducted several experiments with supplementary plasma heating systems on European tokamaks. He has been part of the project team for the new Italian DTT tokamak since its inception, and has held the role of Head of Plasma Heating Systems there since 2019.
