Julianne Nicolau is a healthcare executive and third-generation member of the family behind Samel Group, one of Northern Brazil’s largest healthcare ecosystems. She advanced to Chief Strategy Officer, leading initiatives in digital transformation, governance, quality, and innovation. In 2019, she co-founded Health.D, a healthtech focused on EHR systems, AI-driven predictive models, and workflow optimization for hospitals and clinics, with solutions first validated at Samel. She holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a postgraduate degree in Healthcare Management.
