Luciano Martini

Luciano Martini is Department Director at RSE in Milano, Italy. He has more than 30 years’ experience on research and innovation on renewable energies grid integration, applied superconductivity, and smart grids. He is Chair of the IEA International Smart Grid Action Network, Director of the Green Powered Future Mission of Mission Innovation, and Coordinator of the EERA JP Smart Grids. He provides technical support to the Italian Ministry of Environment and Energy Security, served as co-coordinator of the Fusion Technologies WG of the National Platform for Sustainable Nuclear and has a vast experience in international cooperation activities.
