Melina Belinco is President of Women in Nuclear Global (WiN Global) and a global leader in international scientific cooperation. With 20 years of experience in the nuclear sector, she specializes in the intersection of technology, policy, leadership, and workforce development. A former fellow and current expert of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), mentor for the World Nuclear University (WNU), and university lecturer in Argentina, she fosters collaboration across disciplines, institutions, and cultures to ensure that technological innovation is guided by responsibility, human progress, and long-term societal impact.
