Full Professor of Business Administration, Sapienza University of Rome

Rosa Lombardi is a Full Professor of Business Administration at Sapienza University of Rome, where she holds the chairs of Business Administration and Business Planning. She holds a PhD in Business Administration. She is ranked among the Top 2% Scientists worldwide in the 2024 and 2025 Stanford University global ranking.

She has carried out teaching and research activities abroad, including serving as a Visiting Student Researcher at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. She is the coordinator and/or a member of funded research projects, including the SWING PRIN 2022 project. She is Co-Coordinator of the SIDREA STEDIC Study Group on “Smart Technologies, Digitalisation and Intellectual Capital.”

She is the author/co-author of more than 200 scientific publications in the field of business studies, with research focusing on corporate governance, intellectual capital, business valuation, and digitalisation and smart technologies in organizational contexts.
