Valerio De Luca is President of the AISES ETS Foundation and Director of the SPES Academy ‘Carlo Azeglio Ciampi’, a leading institution in the training of future leaders, with a particular focus on emerging technologies, economic competitiveness and democratic security within the context of international relations. Since 2025, he has been President and Founder of Connected Mind, the first innovative start-up in the cognitive security sector, Secretary-General of the Council for National Security Education (CESN) and Chair of the Data Governance and AI Compliance Committee, the first steering group for the implementation of the AI Act.
